Baveteers are approachable, and easy-going. However, we also promote ownership and we work our asses off to see people grin so wide they’re showing vegetables between their teeth. No worries, sometimes we are on a break.
If the words PIVOT PIVOT PIVOT – SHUT UP SHUT UP SHUT UP mean anything to you, you’ll understand what we mean. If not, someone will explain it when you’re here, promise. Anyway: we’re all here for youuuuu. Because teamwork makes the… Yeah yeah.
Make no mistake: Baveteers are the mushrooms in our ‘OMG, They Killed Kenny?!’, the spiciness to our ‘Bavet Special’, the sprinkle of love people taste with the last lick of their bowl. You and your hosting skills make BAVET an experience.
No fancy stuff or ‘pasta’ for us. Also: #wearenotitalian. We make spaghetti à la Belge and customers get to tweak it to their liking. More is more! Surprise people, be the Gandalf to their Frodo and make sure they do pass. If it’s out of the ordinary, it’s totally BAVET.
For this month’s spotlight, let us introduce Vladlena or Lena (if you’re friends)! The all-star Restaurant Manager of Ghent Hooiaard. Lena has been with us for over 3 years and we hope many more! We offer some pretty sweet, well savory, perks and we offer you the chance to work within a sauce-some team. We’re not saying we’re the Avengers but… It’s a close call.
