BAVET is a fast-growing food chain, with currently 10 restaurants, focussed on serving the best possible spaghetti. A venue created to bring people together as a shared community, hosting delicious spaghetti dinners served with the right amount of happiness yet rock ‘n roll, accompanied by your friends, family and possibly new lovers. During your training of 6 months, you will start as Assistant Managers (AM), to allow you to start learning the handwriting of Bavet and understand its DNA, until you are ready to take the reins of independence and end responsibility.

Responsibilities: As AM you are responsible for the following operations:

  • Organising and compiling the weekplanning for your team: you ensure that every function is filled in.
  • The AM ensures that every client has an unforgettable experience. Together with your team, it is important to keep searching for improvements of the quality of these experiences.
  • In addition to this, freedom of expression of each team member is important. It is your responsibility to foster and encourage the individuality and strengths of each member.
  • Together with the management team and necessary controls, you ensure a stable stock supply within the restaurants. This stock control goes hand in hand with ordering and the accompanying administration - the sustainability needs profitability with minimum waste.
  • As AM you pay attention to the creation of a great atmosphere that is productive and efficient. Tidiness and efficiency are crucial factors for Bavet.
  • You also ensure good communication channels within your team.
  • A minimum amount of hospitality experience and a great drive to learn.
  • An enthusiastic composure, that adds to a fun yet efficient work atmosphere.
  • Great communication skills and open to feedback.
  • You like to work in an orderly and structured fashion.
  • You can work independently and are able to work out schedules, plannings and can take end responsibility of a restaurant.
  • You are social! This is important as you are the face of our restaurant.
